Maddison Hayden Obituary, LOWELL, VT. — Maddison Hayden, a 22-year-old woman from Woodbury, Vermont, was killed in a late-night side-by-side utility vehicle rollover crash in Lowell on Thursday, June 25, according to the Vermont State Police. Following his arrest, Lemieux was lodged at the Northern State Correctional Facility and held on $10,000 bail. He was scheduled to appear in Orleans Criminal Court to answer the charge.
Investigators said preliminary evidence indicates that speed may have also contributed to the rollover. Authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash, including what caused the Polaris RZR to lose control and overturn.
